Pray & Go is a highly intentional outreach program that encourages the body of Christ to be obedient to the Great Commission. Its focus is on being prayerful and outward as we reach our community for Christ. Pray & Go brings a consistent, corporate-church emphasis on praying and going, hence the name, “Pray & Go”.
It works as Pray & Go teams go out into their assigned neighborhoods, pray for the family in each home, then leave a Pray & Go door hanger on the door of the home they prayed for without entering the home. It is a safe and non-intrusive way to let our community know that we prayed for them. If that family desires future follow-up from JBC, they can simply e-mail a prayer request, call the church office, log on to the churches website, follow us on Facebook, or visit us during any of our services. It’s that simple!
